About the Dentist

Dr Raphael Jankowski spent most of his upbringing in a small town outside of Ottawa. He completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Honours Biochemistry at the University of Ottawa. Subsequently, he was involved in conducting in-depth research at such facilities as the Heart Institute of Ottawa and the Stroke and Vascular Research Institute of Winnipeg. Following his research endeavors, Dr. Jankowski earned a Doctor of Medical Dentistry degree at the University of Manitoba in Winnipeg, MB. Upon graduation, he became a member of the Ontario Royal College of Dental Surgeons, the Ontario Dental Association, and the Canadian Dental Association.  He participated in a program akin to that of Doctors Without Borders, traveling abroad with the purpose of providing much-needed dental care to rural areas of impoverished countries.  Upon his return to Canada, prior to relocating to Stratford, he associated at a very progressive dental practice in Stoney Creek, Ontario.

 

Furthering his professional knowledge in the field of dentistry continues to be a passion for Dr. Jankowski. Since he began his career, he has pursued professional study in Oral Surgery (Chicago), Pharmacology & Sedation (Toronto), Cosmetic Dentistry (St. John’s), and Dental Implant Surgery (Las Vegas).  He believes that ongoing professional education is imperative in the maintenance of fast-forward and efficient practice.  He is also of the belief that dentistry is a helping profession.  His mission is to provide the highest quality of dental education and preventative care in the most comfortable environment.  He is fortunate to work with dedicated staff who share his philosophy.
